Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Mashkov — The Quiet Club (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Responsibilities

• The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless you hold a Maison account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain its accuracy.

3. Wardrobe Uploads & AI Processing

You retain full ownership of all imagery you upload to your wardrobe. By uploading, you grant Mashkov a limited, revocable licence to store, display privately to you, and process the imagery through AI background-removal solely to render garments on the Style Canvas. We do not sell, publish, or use your imagery to train external models.

4. Maison Accounts & Brand Catalogues

Maison-tier accounts are subject to manual verification. By uploading collection imagery and catalogues, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the material and authorise Mashkov to display it within the platform. Misrepresentation of brand identity results in immediate termination.

5. Style for Two Companion Feature

The Style for Two feature allows you to share specific looks or moodboards with a chosen companion. You are responsible for the content you choose to share and may revoke access at any time. Companions agree not to redistribute shared material outside the Service.

6. Founding Membership & Subscription Tiers

Complimentary access is offered exclusively to the first one hundred (100) founding members. Following the Founding Tier, continued access transitions to a private paid membership at €9.99 per month. Pricing and tier composition may be revised with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, photography, journals and proprietary tools associated with Mashkov remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mehmed Mashkov. You may not reproduce or redistribute material from the Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the integrity of the Service, or engage in conduct contrary to the ethos of the collective.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mashkov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Mashkov is established. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
