Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Mashkov — The Quiet Club (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibilities

  • The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity conducted under your account.
  • You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain its accuracy.

3. Founding Membership & Subscription Tiers

Complimentary access is offered exclusively to the first one hundred (100) founding members of The Quiet Club. We reserve the sole right to define, manage, modify, or close the Founding Member tier at any time.

Following the Founding Tier, continued access to the premium suite will transition to a private paid membership at €9.99 per month. Pricing, features, and tier composition may be revised at our discretion with reasonable advance notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, photography, journals, and proprietary tools associated with Mashkov remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mehmed Mashkov. You may not reproduce or redistribute material from the Service without prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the integrity of the Service, or engage in conduct contrary to the ethos of the collective.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mashkov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Mashkov is established. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
