Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between "Polimed AI" EOOD, UIC: 206251634, VAT No.: BG206251634, with registered office and management address: 36 Paisiy Hilendarski St., Madan, Bulgaria, mehmed.mashkov@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or the "Platform"), and the persons using the website and mobile application mashkov.app ("Users" and "Brands").

1. Service description

  • 1.1. For Users: The Platform provides AI-powered software tools for digitizing your personal wardrobe, generating outfit combinations, and interactive clothing planning.
  • 1.2. For Business Partners (Brands/Stores): The Platform provides functionality for uploading digital clothing catalogues that end users can view and try on virtually.

2. Intellectual property and image content

  • 2.1. Business partners and Users declare that they own the copyright to the uploaded photos of clothing.
  • 2.2. By uploading content, the User/Brands grant the Administrator a non-exclusive licence to process and remove the background (Background Removal) of the photos for the purpose of providing the service on mashkov.app.
  • 2.3. All software rights, design and the mashkov.app trademark are the exclusive property of "Polimed AI" EOOD.

3. Refunds and billing

Payments for B2B brand catalogues are processed via Stripe. The terms described in the Refund Policy of the Administrator apply.
