1. Our Approach

Mashkov — The Quiet Club is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect only the minimum personal data required to operate your atelier and deliver our sartorial services, in full accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

• Email address, used for authentication and essential correspondence.
• Profile information you voluntarily provide (name, style preferences, measurements).
• Wardrobe imagery and garment metadata you upload to your private atelier.
• Anonymised usage signals strictly necessary to maintain the platform.

3. Wardrobe Imagery & AI Background Processing

Photographs you upload to your wardrobe are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage and remain private to your account. To prepare items for the Style Canvas, images are processed by an AI background-removal service strictly to isolate the garment. Source imagery is never used to train third-party models, never published, and never made visible to other members without your explicit action.

4. Brand Catalogues (Maison Tier)

Verified Maison accounts may upload collection imagery, line sheets and catalogue metadata. This material is treated as confidential commercial data, accessible only to the brand's authenticated team members and to platform administrators for moderation. We do not share brand catalogues with competing labels and do not repurpose them for editorial features without written consent.

5. "Style for Two" Companion Feature

When you invite another member to a shared Style for Two session, only the specific looks, garments or moodboards you explicitly share are made visible to that companion — never your full wardrobe. Either party may revoke access at any time, after which the companion immediately loses visibility of the shared items. Shared sessions are logged for security purposes only.

6. Third-Party Processors

• Lovable Cloud — authentication, encrypted database and secure object storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid membership tiers.
• Brevo — transactional and welcome correspondence.
• AI image-processing providers — background removal and garment isolation only.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies, strictly limited to session management and authentication. We do not employ advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

You retain full sovereignty over your data. At any time, you may request to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Permanently delete your account and all associated wardrobe records.
• Withdraw consent or object to specific processing activities.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as required to comply with our legal obligations. Upon deletion, your wardrobe imagery, saved outfits and associated records are permanently erased from our systems.
